Linda has over 22 years of HR experience across a range of industries and has been Group HR Director for several large global organisations including Yell.com, EE (Orange and T Mobile), Serco and Williams Lea.

Although a generalist, she specialises in Organisation Design, Change Management and Engagement, taking a metric driven approach. Linda has extensive experience in company turnarounds, business transformation, mergers and re-organisations.
